WOW. we are driving home and we entered New Mexico. I am excited to get home and kiss my Dexter. Looking back at day one, that campground in Amarillo, it seems so long ago. When all yal see me and the rest of us, I am not the same girl. I have new experiences, my knowledge has grown, I have a new appreciation for history, and I forever will love my space ;) I can tell you right now.. this trip will be coming out of my mouth for a long time.
Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of going on an adventure… now I have. Yes I wasn’t full of Dragons and wizards or aliens or light sabers but it was as close as it could get. All the same IT WAS EPIC!! I would like to thank all of you for your prayers and for joining us on our journey. And to all the family and friends that we visited along the way, thank you for your hospitality and making our trip personally special. And thank you to my Lord and Savior for keeping us safe and making our trip special in every way.
Yes I am a little sad that it is over. but the morning after our last event of the trip… I longed for home. Now that I knew that all was over... I was ready to go home. Before though I was not. because I knew more excitement was to come. In different times in the trip I got extremely homesick. How couldn’t you right?
I will still be blogging about things that I forgot to blog about and the little jokes and experiences associated with pictures. This is not the end! I’ll be back!
